Does anyone knows why my Saffari 95 engine shakes at start up and normall operation,?

Service Engine lights up later. I've replace the MAP sensor and EGR valve. Sometimes the engines operates normally then it could start misbehaving,

Could be:

A) Spark plug wire came off.
B) Vacuum leak.
C) Bad gas.
D) EGR valve stuck open.

F) Fouled spark plug.
