Sure, if he wants to go to jail for sodomy and statuatory rape, not to mention pedophilia and child molestation. If he manages to survive being in prison, he can have the pleasure of having to register as a convicted sex offender for the rest of his life, no matter where he goes or what state he lives in. That's the law nowadays. It makes no difference whatever if the sex was supposedly consensual or not- the 16 year old isn't old enough to give consent, especially not to that kind of sex. Sorry, Mark- I am afraid you are going to have to wait a few years, and so will your friend/partner, unless you want to see the inside of a jail cell in short order and call it home for the next 25 or 30 years.
