Hi, He can't be tried again due to double jeopardy. He knows that thus his decision to confess and make three million dollars or more. Why must we have to endure anymore of OJ's narcissistic behavior? Has anyone put any thought into what this must be doing emotionally to Nicole and Ron's families, not to mention what it is doing to his children. I feel like OJ, besides killing Ron and Nicole, has raped the justice system and now he is raping the public. Shame on Fox TV for airing such a show. Shame on book publishers for publishing such trash, and shame on the American public for watching this show or buying this book. I can't believe how low some people will stoop for a dollar. Let's put OJ where he belongs, into obscurity, which for a narcissist is worse than prison, and ban the book and TV show. Kim Goldman(Ron's sister) has a website you can go to and sign a petition that will be given to officials at Fox and Harper-Collins Publishers to urge them to not air the show or sell the book. The website is: http://dontpayoj.com

In accordance with the Fifth Amendment: " No person...shall be be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb..."
The old "Double Jeopardy" clause...
Now OJ doesn't ADMIT to the crimes... he merely puts forth his view of how he MIGHT have killed them if he did...
SHOULD he be tried again... damned straight !! Tried, convicted, and HUNG. But before the trial every CENT of his assets should be seized for the penalties due from his CIVIL trial.
Love to see that second trial... would the NAACP and LA Leaders still claim that OJ is just a black man blamed for a crime ??

I think that he should be tried again. I think that it is wrong for him to just come out with a book as well as a show on how he would have killed those two people. He has a sick mind and I don't think that the producers or the publishers should have allow him to come out with something like this. He will probably be questioned again. I KNOW HE DID IT. We all do, but he can get away because he is a celeb. SHAME

I really wish he could be tried, but unfortunately we have a Double Jeopardy Law in our country which states he can't be tried for the same crime, if found innocent in the first trial. He knows that so that I why I think he is so arrogant in writing this book in the first place.

I don't think he admitted to doing it. In his book he is talking in a hypothetical way. If he did admit to it he couldn't be tried again for the murders. He could however be charged with perjury.

lHe did not admit he did it. He said,"If I were to have done it, this is how I would have acted." That is basically his new book. His arrogance is just incredible, and how he was acquitted the first time is beyond belief and has many questioning the justice system. Al the evidence was there!!

Yes he should because he is a lying conniving murderer who got away with it. But unfortunately due to one of the amendments that includes double jeopardy he can't be tried for the same crime twice.

He can't. It's called double jeopardy, and it's against the 5th Amendment.
