check the condenser coil (on back or on the bottom) for dust. these need to be clean for proper air flow and cooling.
if there is ice in the back wall of the freezer, most likley the defrost stat is open, preventing defrosting and encouraging frost buildup.

I would check all incoming air flow areas. You should have an Owner's Manual to show you where those are. Go to the trouble shooting area in the manual and see what you can find there also. Make sure that nothing has been pushed up against anything inside the frig to cause the change in temps. Depending on how long you have had the fridge it may still be under warranty and it may not cost you anything to have it serviced. Also get out the paperwork where you purchased it and you may have purchased an extended warranty which it may also be covered under. Always check your options before paying for repairs. Happy hunting and I hope it works out for you. Happy Thanksgiving!!! Cindy Roo

not enough information to tell you directly what the problem is ,, but ill give you a few thing to check,, and then i can tell you for sure,,,,,, 1 look into the freezer , on the back wall and see if there is ice build up,,,, if yes than your defrost timer or heater is out,,, 2 open freezer and listen to find out if the fan is running,,, if no,,, your fan is most likely out,, 3 if the fan is running and there is no ice on back wall in freezer , feel in refrigerator and put your hand at the opening where the air comes out ,, and see if air is coming out,,, if no ,,,, than you have a damper bad,,,,, hope this helps,,,,,,good luck
