Wow I cant believe the answers here. I have 4 felonys permenant on my record and i just got a passport thats good for 10 years and they dont even ask if I ever commited a felonys. Are people so full of pride they cant say I just dont know. I am amazed!

You shouldn't have a problem. Of course I wouldn't disclose that information to the Brazilian Consulate when applying for a visa .... but again you shouldn't have a problem.

People with felonies can't get the passport needed to travel out of country. Tough break.
