club with about 8 other women. I sat with another woman and her husband at the reception, he started drinking scotch and after about 7 drinks he was pretty plastered. At one point, he asked me to dance and his wife was like ya go on so I danced with him which was fun. When we went back to the table he was sitting a little too close with his arm on the back of my chair which was ok, then we danced a couple more times and when we went back he sat right next to me so I was inbetween he and his wife. When they got up to leave, he took my hand and leaned on like he was going to kiss my mouth, luckily i turned my face and he planted one on my cheek. Do you think I was picking up on the same vibe you are with this story? The other woman at the table was shocked when he leaned in for a kiss. I am totally embarassed now cuz she's in my club but I didnt do anything, should I apologize? It was her husband who drank too much. What do you think?

Forget about it. You did nothing wrong. Don't even mention it. All you'll do is put your friend in an embarrassing situation.

Apologize for what??? It's not your fault this woman's husband drank too much. Let his wife take that up with him. You did right in turning your face away. Why be embarrassed, you're not the one who tried to kiss his drunk ***.

Forget it. The man was loaded and acted like an idiot. There's nothing to apologize for. A drunk at a wedding is pretty typical. There was no "vibe"- he was drunk! Do nothing, ignore it, forget it, move on, end of story.

The blames sits on the guy. Don't apologize for HIS bad actions. SHE should apologize to YOU..and so should the guy! I think you handled yourself very well and you had respect for yourself. Kudos!

He is the one who kept getting closer and closer.

BUT wasn't there ANY other men ( single ones) you could of kept dancing with, instead of a married one?

I think that you should not give the issue much importance. Forget that it happened and move on.
