Click on the Start bar at the bottom-left of the screen, find Control Panel, click Internet Options, Then click delete files (and all offline content, won't delete any pics or nothing, just history), then click clear history (arrange the number of days back that you want to clear).
Say you have a myspace account that you made the computer remember (meaning that you don't have to put a passord in over and over again), if you click on delete cookies, then that would go away, and you would have to start putting in a password again unless you click on the box that let's your computer remember the password.

That should work. If your parents have a parental control thing, then that means that they might be able to see the website you went to, even though you did this stuff. Then, you would have to get into that and delete that website link off of the parental control.

If you delete internet files and delete cookies it will delete everything off the bar. Not sure how to delete only one though

In Internet Explorer go to /Tools/Internet Options/, on the General tab click /Clear History/ 0K/

tools then right click >delete browsing history>tempory internet files>delete files
