Place a 2 holed stopper in the top of the beaker...in one hole insert a glass "L" tube to act as spout ; in the other hole, insert a straight glass tube with a surgical tube attached to it. Blow gently into the surgical tube while puring the liguid into the funnel. At this point a funnel is not really needed for a spatterless transfer. The stirring rod is a common technique also or even this practice takes concentration.
