Everybody's a comedian these days!! LOL

the valve in the tank is either out of adjustment, or it's just plain broken and needs to be replaced. I'd need a better description of what is haPpening in the tank to tell you which it is. Look in there, you may be able to figure it out. Replacing the valve isn't real hard, but you do need a little skill. Maybe a neighbor or boyfriend??

Pull the lid off the back of the toliet. There will be a rubber ball at the outlet, clean the bottom off to make sure it sets. If it won't work, try bending the float ball arm to make it float quicker. I'm assuming you got an old crapper and there is still that adjustment. If not, call a plumber.

You need to change the siphon and while you are at it get the ball valve replaced or serviced.
While you wait for the plumber check out use of "Check Spelling"

i could initiate by utilising going to the shop and determining to purchase a clean stopper. they are low priced...$10 or $15. it extremely is likely that the seal around your modern-day stopper isn't tight. this facilitates water to empty out of the tank into your bowl inflicting the tank to maintain filling up persistently lower back.

Check to see if there is water in the float and if the stopper is seated right.
