I didn't think there was a time limit on ones ability to show affection or love towards family. Personally I think it'd be up to the brothers to decide if and when they should cease kissing on the lips. As another person answered before, it's just brotherly love. I know that if I had a brother, I wouldn't mind if he kissed me on the lips, cheek or where ever. he'd be my brother, so i wouldn't care where he'd kiss me.

well, it all depends on the intentions of course, i mean, a kiss is a sign of affection and brothers are supposed to love each other, but it would probably look weird. i think after about 8-10 they need to maybe stick with hugs.

five...ish it is at kindergarden age that most boys and girls will stop kissing each other because of teasing.
Sometimes it is family orentied. I had one grandmother that I kissed on the mouth (I'm female) and I had one grandmother that I kissed on the cheek. My grandpaw kissed all his kids on the mouth.
There is nothing wrong with a peck on the mouth.

Never if you are a Russian or such. And if you are like us Finns, you can not be too young to be discouraged to do it. Not in our culture up here. So it is not as much of an age thing as it is of a cultural thing. I think it is a bit yuck at any age or culture.

I would say 4 or 5. Anything beyond that is getting scary. Definitely before they start school. That's just asking for trouble.

I'd say when they're like 5 or 6. Most brothers get over that then.
