I am in Glasgow and it is pishing it down and blowing a gale, not the kind of weather to be strutting along the High street in a kilt as it could get drafty round the Trossachs
I know Andover very very well - had my fair share of hangovers in that dear place - and others like Perham Down, Ludgershall, Salisbury etc
