What colour(s) do you think I should use with a royal blue dress and silver heels. I have mid brown hair and brown eyes with fair skin.

depends on your skin color. Gold could work, green could work. Silver might look nice. Put the dress on and try a few different kinds, or bring it to a department store, or wear a shirt with the same color and ask the counter ladies what looks best with your skin.

a light silvery. i heard somewhere that when you were blue it is always ok to wear silver. try covergirl one color. they have this very light lavender or light grey or silver.
