Not sure who old you are, but, I am 30 something. I was an Astro Buddy back in the Nolan Ryan, JR Richards era. I remember when my Mom and I first went to the Astro Dome, I was 5, and we ran into an assistant coach who gave us a tour of the locker room, and the coaches lounge. It was awesome! 30 plus years later Here I am....the biggest fan of them all. JOSE CRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUZ lived only 10 minutes from us in early 80's. I still go to Alvin, Tx to buy beef from one of Nolan Ryan's farms. I currently live in the Memorial area, and, Roger "the Rocket" lives nearby. Biggio's son plays little league w/ my son in West U, I'm glad we signed him. He's got to retire right here. Former astro "G-money" Gerald Young can be found giving batting lessons to wannabe's at Baseball USA. I have my Astro boxers on right now, eventhough it's Football Sunday, and, it's Basketball season.....who cares, I love the Stros. I am the number 1 Astro fan, my license plate says so. If you ever go to live ballgames at Minutemaid, look for a crazy baldheaded good looking black male with the authentic jersey on bearing the name Number1. That's me. By the way, My seats are7 rows up, to the left behind home plate.

I used to own an Astro van. It was a customized one with captains chairs and a TV.
Got poor gas mileage though.
