Hi, Good Question! OJ has a right to write a book the same as anyone due to our freedom of speech, but at the same time we as American citizens have the right to choose whether or not we buy the book. The same with the TV interview. The TV station has the right to choose if it airs and we have the right to choose whether or not we watch it. Why must we have to endure anymore of OJ's narcissistic behavior? Has anyone put any thought into what this must be doing emotionally to Nicole and Ron's families, not to mention what it is doing to his children. I feel like OJ, besides killing Ron and Nicole, has raped the justice system and now he is raping the public. Shame on Fox TV for airing such a show. Shame on book publishers for publishing such trash, and shame on the American public for watching this show or buying this book. I can't believe how low some people will stoop for a dollar. Let's put OJ where he belongs, into obscurity, which for a narcissist is worse than prison, and ban the book and TV show. Kim Goldman(Ron's sister) has a website you can go to and sign a petition that will be given to officials at Fox and Harper-Collins Publishers to urge them to not air the show or sell the book. The website is: http://dontpayoj.com

If the government banned the interview, that would be a violation of freedom of speech.
If a network decided against airing an interview because of objections from the public (people using THIER freedom of speech), that would not be a violation.

Yes, in fact as he has already been tried for the crime and found innocent they could not even go after him again with an admission of guilt. He moved to Florida to avoid the Goldman's civil case. In America you can say anything you want...within reason...you aren't going to do well with a story on killing the president etc. While I don't like the idea of the book I think that it is his admission of guilt.
I feel so sorry for his children as he is writing a book on "how I killed you mother." He will get his eventually...and I hope he knows it. Life isn't gonna be so good when he passes away.
OJ isn't just guilty...he wrote a book on it...what an evil man.

Your statement"banning" is so vague.Censorship occurs everyday. The "government" can do anything they want. The sooner you grasp this the better you may live in this world And the answer to your question,no this would not vilolate freedom of speech or press. This is all about revenue baby!!!!!

NOT AT ALL. HE CAN SAY WHATEVER HE WANTS BUT THE TV STATION IS PRIVATELY OWNED SO HE DOESN'T HAVE THE ''RIGHT'' TO SAY ANYTHING ON TV
