okay, so the wick! it's for a..... ummmm, a candle, right? i'm not sure, so i'll just go with that.
did you know you can reuse old candles? i mean, reuse their wax?
pop them into the oven, let em melt, and pour em into a mold...
but if you dont have a mold, me and my roommate used to melt old crayons..... a bit harder to work with but great colors :0)

You can actually buy the same wick at local gun shows by the foot.
I baught some to link multiple m-60's together. Pretty cool.

i was just about to ask the same thing but you can make 1 out of a battery
get a hamer and very small nail and tap a small hole in the negative side of the battery
