fileden.com is a good place if you already have mp3 formatted songs to upload. If they're in WMV, then you have to convert them.
But, if you are looking up music that is already uploaded, then go to xanga or a blog site and you can search for music blogrings. Each user in those blogrings usually posts over 100 songs. Good luck!
