Ronnie is Ronnie Spector...she was in a singing group back in the 60's called Ronnie & The Ronettes (Members Veronica Bennett - Spector, Estelle Bennett And Nedra Talley -)
Her voice is a little more raspy in Eddie Money's version than it was in her group but it was a little rapsy.
The song Eddie Money borrowed from was "Be my Little Baby"

Ronnie Spector, previously a member od the 60's girl group The Ronettes. She married Phil Spector and later divorced him mainly on the basis of his bizarre and dangerous behavior. Phil Spector will go to trial for murder over a shooting that left actress Lana Clarkson dead.
