I have already told one of my crushes how i feel through e-mail, but with my other crush, i don't have his e-mail. He goes to my school and is my best friend. But he is dating someone else. How do i tell him i like him? Everyone at school says he likes me, but i know he doesn't. HELP!!!!

wait it out, be patient, wait untill he isnt dating someone and casually tell him that hes hot or something. dont make a big deal out of it. if yuo cant confront him face to face about it, write him a note.

The point in waiting for your crush to register for an e-mail id is pointless...You just have to go upfront and tell him that you like him.First things first. This has to be done by mustering some courage...You do this, and you atleast wont have to worry about cribbing about a lost opportunity all your life.

Sweetie,i urge you to hold off on that.If he is taken,that may not be a very wise thing to do.You have told one of your crushes that you like them,wait and see where that goes before you open up another door with another one of your crushes,especially if hes involved with someone else.You never know,maybe this crush that you told through email,will like you back.Just wait and see how things go with this one.The one you told you like,simply start a conversation with him.A friendship conversation,a "Hi,how are you?" kind of conversation.Then,casually just speak about things you like and things you dislike,generally things you would speak to your friends about.Then,after a bit,casually ask what hes got planned for the weekend.If he isnt busy,ask him to catch a movie,or get a bite to eat,or even both but thats your choice.As long as hes single of course,which im assuming he is.Good luck,and have a good night hun.

convince him to break up wit his gf... then approach in a couple days and ask him out casually....not like, " will you go out with me tonight?" Be calm and say something like, " So, if your not doing anything, wanna go out sometime?"
try to sound casual and cool
