My friend told me that the declaration of independence that is at the capitol is not the original one that was signed in 1776. I mean, there is no way that the original document survived all those years intact. How the Americans get the declaration back from the British? 230 years of dirt, air, traveling all over the world, touching it, and a bunch of other stuff. I DON'T TINK SOO!!

Wow, another conspiracy theory!

Here's how it happened...

Haliburton had Dick Cheney replace the tattered original with the fake document. The real one was then used as scrap paper when they were drawing up their plans to invade poor helpless Iraq, who was minding their own business and weren't bothering anyone, just herding sheep in the oil fields. At that point, the Trilateral Commission stepped in, and traded promises to fix the 2004 Presidential election in exchange for the remnants of the original document, which of course is now historical on both sides.

The document is stored in the same place which now houses the passengers on the 9-11 airplanes the Dubya flew into the Pentagon and the WTC.

Got it?

And anyone who doesn't believe me has just sold out to the MSM, or are part of the conspiracy!!!!

there were several copies of the declaration made , one of which was sent to King Gorge III the monarch of the time period, more copies were sent to the states to spread the word. it is belived that the one in washington DC is the first draft on which the coppies were made, however this can not be proved. the only thing that is known is this is the last remaining form of the doccument, and it is very possible that the paper could have surrvived as there are documents from the chineese song dynasty (aprox. 1100 AD)

i'm unsure I understand your question, yet i pass to do my superb. confident, the announcement of Independence is a real rfile. you may pass to the national documents and notice it on demonstrate. i've got been there many circumstances. once you're asking, "Is it legally binding?" the respond isn't any. while the announcement became into written, the american colonies have been nevertheless portion of the British Empire. We did no longer have an self sufficient government - George III of england became into our king and we've been problem to England's rules. If we had lost the favourite conflict, we would nevertheless be an element of the British Empire, even with our announcement. The announcement of Independence in actuality says, "we are breaking faraway from the British Empire. in case you have a difficulty with that, you are going to might desire to combat us for it." They did, and that they lost, so our announcement stands.
