a rubber band breakin... and i can hear it alot when i turn my head and sometimes for no reason... it sounds like its comin from where my neck and bottom of my head meet...any help?

Well, blunt trauma contusions can be quite serious. How long ago did this happen? Do you have black eyes? Bloody nose? If any of these symptoms are present or this has going on for more than 5 days seek medical attention immediately.
Does it hurt when this happens? If you were hit hard enough you may have suffered some sort of C-spine injury or inflamed disk. Give it a few more days then go see a doctor or ER. If you have any other questions my sn is Horseybabe1990 (yahoo). IM me if needed

When checking you for injuries , regular docs can overlook anything that's not a break or major injury. Try chiropractic care for a couple of visits. I'm not a huge advocate of chiropractic, but there are some things they do that conventional medicine doesn't.

not to get you scared but you need to go to your doctor like today! asap it could be nothing but it could be serious. try not to turn your head because i am sure if its serious thgat making i worse and if it nothing trying to jsut heal you not letting it so go see you doctor now!
