If the series is tied the English will "retain" the ashes as they won the last series, however on current form it is unlikely the series being tied. If you are English I suggest praying for rain, the Aussies need the rain to cos of the drought!!!

If the series is tied, the team which is currently holding the ashes will retain the same. Since presently England is holding ashes, they will retain the same if the series is tied.

You cannot tie the series. It would be classed as a draw. England as holders will retain the Ashes. Prediction 2-2.

The current holders keep it. The other team have to actually beat them to win the ashes. The ashes are never shared, they have to be won
