I dealt with a break-up I was devestated about by dating new men, which was a real ego boost after he told me that he was going back to his ex-girlfriend.
By the way, I met my husband, who I have been married to for 10 years now, within a month of being dumped. I was soon glad that I was dumped by that jerk.

I dealt with my break-up by avoiding other guys for a while, and then when I felt like I was ready, dating again. He dumped me by writing a letter saying I wasn't the right person for him. And it's ok to cry over a break-up.

I cried a lot and then got over him after a week. I still think about him every once in a great while but it was his decision so his loss.
