The Wii demolished in opening day sales, but other than that only time will tell what is more popular in the long run. Personally, I am a Wii fan due to the low price and revolutionary features.

People that I know want the PS3 more, but they can go jump in a lake. I like the Wii. Here are a few games for it I suggest:
Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam
Call of Duty 3
Need For Speed:Carbon
Rampage:Total Destruction
Marvel's Ultimate Alliance
The Legend of Zelda:Twilight Princess
And coming in 2007....
Super Mario Galaxy
Super Smash Bros:Brawl

I don't mean to respark a console war, which has ended already, but most people probably want the PS3, just because they think it's the best game system ever. I want a Wii personally, but those are the facts.

It's like Kerry vs. Bush, close to 50% leaning on one side and 50% leaning on the other. For me I still don't know. I love the PS3's graphics and the games look steller, and then the Wii looks pretty nice because of the innovative controller.

wii!!! I want the Twilight Princess so badly and I'm an older person :-) Love me some Zelda, but I had to buy the gamecube version, I just can't afford the new console. I hope it's just the same.

I know a few people who are planning on getting both. What you are asking is like something so subjective to individuals. Some people will like APPLES more than ORANGES, and vice versa. BUT if you were to ask me, and i had to choose one then...
PS3 of course!!!! LOL
