Do you know where can I download a free defrag software!? Dont mention Norton System Works, I already have it and it slows down my comp!

Windows own defrag utility is completely useless... even in safe mode

Use Windows own defrag utility. I'd recommend doing a defrag in Safe Mode, sometime when you pc is going to be idle for a couple of hours. The defrag tends to run faster and more completely in safe mode as well.

If you have a Windows-based system, Defrag is located in Accessories/System Tools from the Program List.

it comes with your windows operating system but at stores you can buy third party software that might does a better job which it might do a better job but i havnt tried it before
