The easiest way I have found is to spray the blinds down with a scrubbing bubbles bathroom spray and wash them in the bathtub. It works real well and fast. The bubbles almost do all the work for you-Hope this works

HGTV has some marvelous decorating shows. However, they're also meant chiefly for people with a LOT more money to spend on decorating than the average Joe is likely to have. If the blinds work for you, why not use them? They're still available in stores after all.

String a rope between 2 trees outside-use a garden hose and a bucket of soapy water and a soft bristle brush.

Take them to a do-it-yourself car wash. If you're lucky and they fit, you can clip them up with the floor mat clips on the wall of the stall to hold them while you spray them off. If not, get someone you don't like to hold them, lol.

if just dusty use a swiffer duster. If dirty . put in bath tub . spray with scrubbing bubbles bath cleaner or vinegar and water. let soak and rinse . if real dirty you will need to wipe them with a rag/cloth
