My Boyfriend id 22 years old and he is 5.9 tall and his waight is 55 to 58 kg. We have been to the GP and the didnt found anything on him. The GP sayes, that is the way he is but. My Boyfriend do eat a lots and do exercise a lots to. I dont know what to do, please help me

weight gain supplement and take him to the gym but dont let him do sit ups as this will stop him putting on the desired muscle and get him squatting too

He just needs to eat more protein and carbohydrates. Just be careful he doesn't get fat.

take up a weight training programme at the gym that should help

protein and wieghts will help but it takes time. at least hes not fat
