The thankfulness. Most other holidays are all materialistic. Christmas and New Years. Thanksgiving hasn't gone that way, and I'm happy for it.

spending time with my family,talking bout story i never heard of and eating a lot of food till ur bell look like a backetball shape and jux laughing and passing gas on each other with out others knowing it...NOW that is a thanksgiving

Eating that same yummy meal every year to start off the holiday season! Playing games after dinner, being together, pumpkin pie : )

My favorite part is going around saying ...
"GIVING HAPPY THANKS!!"
and then shocking everyone by asking if we are going to say grace before the meal. Sometimes it has been a heartwarming prayer from someone you would least expect it from!!

Decorating, cooking favorite foods, leftovers(no cooking-yea!) the parades on television, phone calls, e-mails to & from friends and family!!!

The best part for me is spenidng time with my entire family and giving thanks that we are all together yet another year! And the food is always a bonus, especailly when someone else is cooking!

As nice as it is and as much as I enjoy seeing family and friends, iti is always a relief when it is all over, everyone has gone home and I can collapse!
