I bought a christmas tree at walmart that was prelit and when i put it together i found out that one section of the tree blinks. I don't want the tree to blink at all and i would like to eliminate the blinker but i don't know where to start. Could someone please help me out on this! Thanks.

The blinker is typically marked red at the tip of the light. Simply remove it and replace with a solid colored light.

The blinker light usually has a white tip. If its not white it will still have a different colored tip from the rest of the bulb

that's funny, because the same thing happened to me and my mom yesterday when we were putting up our Christmas tree. Well what we did was, we shook the tree in different areas. my mom did that, and we noticed that the tree started to turn on, then shut off again. But then we found the one light that made the other ones turn off.

the blinker bulb is usally a clear bulb with a red mark on the tip, just replace it

It's usually the FIRST or the LAST light on that particular string. You can tell when you see it that it's different.
