well, my best friend and my brother are seeing each other but she is not allowed to date so she always asks me to come over or she comes over to my house and always goes stright to my brother over me, so we end up watching movies then there on one side and i'm on the other alone, i am sick of being the third man!!!! i still hant to be friends though. what do i do?

Simple. Tell her if you want to hang out you do it together without your brother (mall, food, something). Tell her you want to help but her relationship with your brother is different than her relationship with you, and you want the two separated.
Ultimately you have 2 choices. Continue to be used and not make a scene, or tell your friend the above and let her decide if she wants to be friends with you. (BTW, she really wants to be with you AND your brother - it would be moronic of her to piss you off. I think you'll keep the friendship).
I've found that when you feel like you're being used, you usually are. I've also found you have to make it VERY clear that you will not tolerate it any more, because people (like your friend) will use every trick in the book to manipulate you.

i think you are being used. You should tell her nicely, that when you invite her over, it for you too only, and maybe your brother could come, but you both have to spend time with each other like all friends do. Tell her how you feel, tell her you feel out of place.

Tell your friend that you are tired of her using you as an excuse to come see her brother. Tell her if she wants to visit you fine but if she is coming to see her brother get him to talk to her mom. She is obviously just using you and you can find better friends than that.

You are being used, she is ignoring you. If you dont wanna be the "third man" just get up and leave. Go do something with another friend, you dont have to stay with them and cover for your friend.

Ya, I understand! Umm, if she is really a true friend she'll value your poinion when you talk to her. But, if your explaining the story acuratly, it DOES seem like she is using you. You can also talk to your brother about it, tell him how you feel, brothers don't just ignore sisters, they truely listen to you.
