Are the black people of america the best?

are the black people of america the best as their ancestors were selected as slaves and usually the slave traders choose the strongest, fittest and the best of the lot to transport to america, does this mean that the black people of america are the result of human 'selective breeding'?

e.g strong, good looking, fit, have longer a life, e.t.c

I'd be cautious about making such conclusions.

keep in mind, in many cases, whoever happened to be caught were the ones captured and enslaved; there was no contest to determine who was "the best." In fact, one could argue that at least some of "the best" outwitted or outran their potential captors.

although you're being kinda kkk-ish, i do see your point. The slave traders did take only the best in the beginning, but eventually just took whoever they could get, they just wanted the money the auctioneers would give them, they didnt care after a while the level of physical fitness.

Also, if you're going by genes, in a way i guess you could say that the slaves' children had a better chance at being physically fit, but because the conditions were so bad, there were a lot of complications at births. Also, because there is a chance that two physically fit parents can have a fat child, it is impossible to say that every child of a slave was physically fit, and the same with their grandchildren/great grandchildren, etc. Therefore you would have to sample African-Americans all accross the country, and find out what African country they originated from, and then compare them to a random African family from that country nowadays.

But even then, it wouldn't be a fair comparison because there are just so many poor people in Africa.

I guess you could say that African-Americans are 'better' than Africans because they probably are more physically fit as a whole. With all the starvation/AIDS/poverty/lack of clean water in Africa, the African-Americans probably are much 'better'.

I couldnt say ''the best'' at anything specific just as I couldnt for any race but I do think most black men are acceptionaly great at sports. And I havent seen any older black men or women with as much rinkles as white people but maybe theyre less visible? lol as for good looking.... I think every race has it's better and not so better looking people within it lol so couldnt choose on that aspect either. well wait so far, I havent seen one ugly Mexican lol. ... im serious but that doesnt mean that there isnt any huh?

No. Their ancestors were selected b/c they were strong, but not all of the "best" people were taken to America. Not all african-americans are strong/er.
