Okay, here's the thing. I'm a very energetic person at times and then I'm the polar opposite at other times where I'm just really mellow. I really like my mellow side, I love it. But I can't control when my energetic and overly hyper side comes out. I hate that side of me and I want to get rid of it. Some people like my really energetic side and I think it annoys other people at times. It annoys me too and after I get out of that mode I feel like an idiot. I just want to keep my mellow side and get rid of that hyper side of me.
What I hate about the hyper side is that I can get really loud, I don't know how to calm down, I can't chill out worth a crap, and it puts some people off.
I love my mellow side. I only want that part of me. How do I get rid of my other part?
