I would talk to another teacher in your school, the principle or vice principle. They should not be talking to you like that_

Not only is this teacher morally wrong, he's ethically wrong. You should immediately schedule a conference with this teacher, an administrator (preferably the principal), you, and your parents. This behavior won't stop if no one challenges it and calls it to the attention of the school principal. You must cite approximate dates, times and witnesses to appear credible. Once your allegations are heard, the principal has a responsibility to reprimand the teacher if your charges are found to have merit. The principal can then give the teacher a written cautionary notice, or if this is not the first complaint or violation, more harsh disciplinary measures must be taken. You do NOT have to tolerate being belittled, cursed at, or humiliated by anyone. Report it and demand action. This is your right as a student.

I can't answer that he will be fired. But, I can say his comments are inappropriate. My daughter, a special ed kid, had a teacher like that who joked around in a sarcastic tone. Special ed kids, especially don't understand sarcasm very well.
I would tell your parents or guardians, asking other students to do the same, and have the PARENTS report to the principal what is going on. That is usually more effective than student complaints.

Start by documenting. Keep a little log of what goes on for a couple of weeks - be sure to include the names of the students he is berating. Be sure also to write down the names of other students who witnessed the behavior and might back you up. If you think you will be caught during class write it down after class and use a code if you need to. Enlist a trusted adult who will back you up. Your adult might want to talk to the parents of some of the other students who are being picked on before writing letters to the school board and principal. These are definitely firing offenses - good for you for wanting to do something about it. However, I have to add that, depending on where you live, it might be difficult to get the board to do anything.

It is very hard for a teacher to get fired due to the unions. I would inform the school authorities though, so they can at least speak to him.

Tell your parents about the behavior. they can complain to the principal and if that doesn't work they can go directly to the school board.
