Can you sleep with your lashes on? Yes, you sure can. You will have to be careful not to sleep on your stomach as it will disrupt the lashes. I am going to assume that you're using a basic consumer type of adhesive and if you shower they will most likely come off if you wash your face. I think your best bet would be to remove them yourself as it is possible to wear the same lashes multiple times. They are easily reapplied.
Also, yes we DO regrow our eyelashes...contrary to the previous post. It takes about 3 months to regenerate a full set of eyelashes.

They should be fine for sleeping- they aren't actually touching your eyes so its not a health issue- just an adhesive issue.
For showering, I remember when I was like 5 I had this pooh shower visor, that was like a visor that kept the shampoo out of your eyes- finding something like that could help.

Yes you can sleep with them on, it is just sometimes you will wake up to find one of them on your pillow. Just don't mistake it for a spider and smash it. If you get them wet enough then obviously they will come off. It is not a good idea to wear them all of the time because they really are not good for your real lashes. It is better to make it a special occasion thing.

i reccommend taking them off when u sleep because when u lay your head against the pillow, u can rub the lashes and then they can get damaged or bent and that wouldnt look very good. u can wear them in the shower, but dont put your face directly under the water, be careful!

To be safe, I would not sleep with them. Why? when you turn on your side, your eyes will rub against the pillow, and the adhesive can shift, and pull out your own eyelashes - ouch!! Remember, we don't regrow our eyelashes, so don't mess around with what you got.

No because you can accidently stick yourself in the eye while you sleep.
