Yes, but wear them with mini skirts.U can also wear it with those wide legged capris.Never wear them alone!Skinny legged jeans are also back.People also wear skirts with tights and boots.I guess u can do that with leggings.(wear a short skirt with leggings and boots.

If you're tiny, and wear dark colored leggings under a long sweater or a jeans mini skirt with cute flats then yea they are.
If you're a XXXL and wear them with gross sneakers and your butt is hanging out then no, not fashionable

I wear them with skirts. I personally think they're in, but make sure to match the color of the leggings with your outfit!

it depends on your age and how you intend on wearing them. i feel they are a difficult style to pull off, especially without looking like a young teen.
