If you two are living together and not in a relationship, there is really very little you can do, except move out if it bothers you that much. I mean, is he an ex and you are living together strictly to care for your child or do you think that maybe if you call him an ex he will feel bad enough to do what you want him to do to make up with you?
If you still have feelings for him and it really is a problem for you that he is talking to this girl then you need to tell him or leave. If you must stay there because of your child and you are just indignant that he is still talking to that witch that ruined your plans, then I am afraid you are just going to have to get over it. You can't reasonably say "I don't want you but no one else can have you, especially that one", you know?

Why does he live with you yet? if you are no more an item, then you shouldn't live together anymore.
also, if both have decided to end your relationship, shouldn't bother that you are having another relationships.
Try to get a new place, and if it is your house, establish the rules.
