There's a couple of ways to start it -- start with an astounding statistic or ask a question (for example: Does your idea of the perfect date end with watching him or her getting handcuffed?). You could also tell a story -- something dramatic about a teenager who drank too much. There are lots of ways to begin. Just make sure you grab your reader's attention with your first sentence.
