You can try all of those things, but the the only thing that I found to work is Oxy 10, the zit cream, you can use generic, but make sure it's 10% medication, not 5%. Apply it to the mark and sit the doll in the sun, remove it and reapply it daily until it's gone.

I've found that Baby Wipes clean most things.
It's quiet shocking really how much they do clean especially when you think that we use them on babies botties.
They are also fantastic for cleaning white training shoes.

I think that you might try vegetable oil or canola oil with a cloth.
Obviously you have a little artist in your home!
