I think the only reason it's not legal is because the government can not figure out how to tax it. Too much homegrown stuff.... they could never tax everyone that grows it here in the states... thats why they just let other countries ship it over here and bust the little guy that buys it. Lots of money there for the government.

YES! If alcohol is legal then pot certainly should be too! It's a lot less harmful to society and to the person using it than booze is! It is a natural substance (herb) just like Parsley or Basil etc....
