Equatorial diameter = 12,756.2 km
Polar diameter = 12,713.6 km
Volumetric mean diameter = 12,742.0 km

(BTW there is no such thing as centrifugal force, it's an engineers' myth; there is only inertia.) :)

Since the meter is defined to be 1/10,000,000 of the distance from the north pole to the equator, the polar circumference of the earth has to be 40,000 km, and thus the diameter is 40,000 divided by pi. Roughly: 40,000 / 3.1416 = 12,732 km.

measured which way? At the equator, 7926 miles. Pole to pole, 7901. The earth is fatter at the equator because of the centrifugal force of rotation.
