I do because they usually leave a comment. I like to know why they gave me a best answer. I also like to see how other people replied to the question and if they posted any comments on mine.

I have just recently started doing that, because I've also recently started leaving comments on the best answers I get from people. I love follow-up!

I rarely ask questions, but when I get best answer I go back to check why they gave the 10 pts to me.
