I have the same problem, when i gain weight, it easily goes to my face. I read that for men, they first start gaining weight in their stomachs and then their faces and so on. I learned that cardio exercises can help,such as running, or hitting the punching bag. Martial arts types of exercises help a lot. Do situps too, eventually your face will look thinner.
