my best friend walks all over me and makes me feel bad about myself but we have been friends for 9 years and she just started doing this, and others have noticed and complained also. how do i tell her with out messing up our friendship or hurting her feelings like she does mine. Help i am about to go crazy.

She sounds like your best enemy! No true friend would do anything to make someone she calls a friend feel bad. Friends support, encourage, and do all they can to make us feel good even when we don't. Why would you worry about hurting her feelings? She certainly doesn't give a happy day about hurting yours. Why not tell her you're tired of her treating you like a doormat and say goodbye.
Don't you think ypu've put up with enough of her abuse?

first tell her that you've been friends for long time and then you tell her that she had walked over you in front of others and they noticed and complained and she needs to stop because if she keep walking over you this will mess your friendship. and if you want you can tell her that whenever she does it again without waiting just tell her what she had done, she might not noticed/know what she is doing.

I would sit her down and ask her what's up with her behavior. She may try to deny it but you gotta stand up for yourself. I guess in a way she wouldn't walk over you if you didn't let her, you know? If she continue then you need to forget the 9 year thing and just say peace out to her. I've learned that people who are negative bring you down to their level, and sometimes you just gotta get rid of them. Maybe later she'll realize what a jerk she's been

it sounds like she might be jealouse of you, you could just ask her why she treats you that way, but first say "no offence" and also make sure you tell her the way shes treating you, maybe even give her some examples of what she has done to you in the past, and then ask her why shes doing these things, and make sure she knows that its hurting you.

By not doing this in front of others and asking if there is a problem you can help her with that is making her this way.

you have 2 tell her that she needs 2 stop treating u that way she wouldnt like it if she was beying treated that way.the reason she is probably treating u that way is because she has some new friends that are the same way if she doesnt stop u got 2 find some new friends

Will tell her how you fell and you don't like it and say is there anything that you have not told me that you are acking like this, you use to be so nice what happened . If she say's what are you taking about thin say never mind thin the next time when she is mean say this is what im talking about!!!!

IT sounds like your friendship is already messed up by her, if she does that and you say she is your best friend I hate to see what your enemy would do to you.Friends like that you don't need no enemies

You are not describing a friend, get a real friend after you get some self esteem. It's your weakness that has enabled her to mistreat you, kick her to the curb.
