I love Thanksgiving and Christmas
Family gathers..and you all just enjoy each others company..
anyone already shopping for Christmas yet??
its gonna get bad out there in a couple weeks with all the shopping.

Not celebrating Thanksgiving so no on that one; haven't started Christmas shopping and don't look forward to it; I am sick of Christmas already and it hasn't even started and I am NOT going to be decorating or putting up a tree.
Too many family members for me to look forward too and not many of them get along so we have family feuds to look forward to.
And the radio stations have already started with the Xmas Music and Thanksgiving hasn't even passed yet; it can make a Scrooge out of anyone the way retailers push it; I would prefer a nice QUIET Christmas with only a FEW select family members.

hate to be a Scrooge but will be glad when they are over since this year will be the first one since I moved away from my hometown after retirement. miss my Lady, family and friends
