Do you mean the range? The domain is usually specified. In this case it would probably be all the real numbers.

As for the range, it can get as large as it it want, if we keep increasing the size of (x+2)^2. The lowest value would be when (x+2)^2 = 0 as this is the lowest this term can get. So the range is all numbers greater than or equal to -12.

If x=-2 the fuction is infinite so the domain goes from -infinite to -2

And from -2 to; + infinite
