You ca use Mcguiar's Mirror Glaze plastic cleaner and polish. If you have deep scratches or if the plexi has become couldy you may need to use a polishing system like MicroMesh.

i have a plexi glass fish tank at the local fish store they have cleaners and scratch removers or gellgloss for boats

The aviation people may be able to help. There is a cleaner/scratch remover liquid that we used on aircraft windshields. Cannot remember the name.

Believe it or not,take a paper towel or something non-abrasive,not a real towel and use warm water on the towel wiping the window, then take the same material towel and wipe it clean making sure it is completely dry. It works!
