You can download Windows Media Player and play it.

if it is an mpeg1 or maybe even an mpeg2 you can just burn it onto a DVD and there is a good chance your DVD player will play it BUT the functionality of the DVD (fast forward etc) won't work, if your machine playes VCD's and the like then there is a good chance it will work even if it is on a CD

you have to get a free DVD buring program and I don't think there are any.
