I'm not happy with my husband and my family lives in Arizona. can i just leave with my baby? i'm tired of him miss treating me and not having anything to do with my baby

honey go see your family ...........if he miss treats you report him to the police !!!!! Nobody should miss treat a woman!
Seeing your family will do you some good . maybe then he realizes that you are too good for him !

You need a break go visit family it may help you decide what you truly want to do. But no you cannot just up and leave because you could be looking at abduction charges because he has right to the child just as much as you do. Start documenting the miss treatment and if he is abusive call the police on his butt.

You can't just up and leave because then your husband can turn you into the police as a runaway harboring a child. Then, you'll most likely get into a lot of child and won't be able to see your kid.
Your best bet is to file for a divorce immediately. Get yourself a divorce attorney and ask him these questions.

if he calls the police and said you kidnapped his child the police will say its called parenting and then tell them how he mistreats you and the baby and if your husband wants to take the case farther then get a lawyer!

I suppose you can. Providing you have the financial ability to do so. But I suggest you at least leave him a note. So he knows that you've left of your own free will.
