am i suppose to ship it back, if so who do i ship it back to ?

What are you talking about? Did you buy something and now want to return it? Where did you buy it from? Contact the seller to see what their return policy is. Many stores will allow returns, but if you bought from someplace like EBay, it is up to the individual seller to set their own return rules. No seller is required to accept returns and many do not!

Most likely if a seller allows returns, you will have to pay the shipping back to them!
