lol are you joking, oh i know you should walk around the bin with a sign that says dont segregate the paper you know paper has feelings to and your hurting them and yell justice for the paper strait up i mean that is not tollorable seperating the paper its like seperating your laundry whites from colored its racist!!! The bin means that you only put uncolored paper in it, probably for recycling purposes. So no, it is not 'racist'.
