The only time the law protects you is when your life is in DANGER, not your happiness.
When it comes down to it, you are the only one who is responsible for your own happiness, you cannot blame someone else for your lack of happiness.
If you're in an abusive relationship, you have to break the cycle by reaching out for protection or leaving the relationship (I know that this is much is much more difficult than it sounds, too). If a parent or guardian is abusive, it is imperative to reach out for help from other adult sources who can help, and keep reaching until someone listens.
Outside of abuse or mortal danger, happiness is a state of mind. Your paradigm, or way of looking at things, is certainly pivotal to your state of happiness. It's not easy to change this if you have been a negative person, but it is possible.
I wish you a life of health and happiness - though not at the expense of someone else's life...

While you may feel like killing the person that did that to you, just think of it this way; If you get caught you'll be sent to prisons for the rest of your life and I think that's worse than living a life without the fulfillment of your dreams.
If we lived in the 1800's when it was really easy to get away with murder, I'd say go for it :)
But today, you can't get away with anything :(

Of course it's not you goddamn idiot.
YOU are responsible for your own happiness.
If they do something serious to ruin your life then there are things like law enforcement to help you out there.
If they owe you money or something sue them and get it back. If they are harassing you get a restraining order etc.
Otherwise deal with it.
The only thing you can do is remove YOURSELF from the situation if you can't handle it.
This is THE stupidest thing i've ever read and if you're in anyway serious I hope you get in the way of someone elses happiness and they decide to kill you. Lets see how you like it then.

What if that person is someone else's happiness, even if he or she is not yours? Wouldn't that someone else be very very sad if you killed his or her happiness? Maybe, instead of one's own happiness being the most important for life, other's happiness should be most important.

There has to be some other way to get away from this person and their influence. Killing them will probably take away your happiness, too.

Think of it this way:
If you were preventing someone from being happy (out of all the people you've come in contact with in your life), would you say, "well I'm preventing you from being happy, so it's ok for you to kill me."
If you think it would be okay, then... there's your answer.

Murder is illegal. You should move far away from this person and not leave a forwarding address.I do sympathise with the question tho.A few miserable S.O.B.s i could do without.LOL
